“By lunchtime, I’m starving,” J-Lo says. In lunch time she prefers to take up salmon and a veggie salad. She also loves to eat several vegetables like broccoli, zucchini and peppers. And in dinner, she usually take protein with quinoa and tries to be with kids. “It feels like rice and beans, which I grew up with. And I like pork and chicken — especially Puerto Rican style!” Jennifer told tabloids. Lopez’s discipline towards her own,  “Staying in shape is like being in training. It’s like being an athlete.
